Stanton Optical in the United States is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store teams, recruit talent, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting. You will partner with Clinical services and HR to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; must be willing to earn within the first year.
• Three+ years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledgeable about talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Execute lens edging and simple repairs to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab and report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
