Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store operations, recruit and develop high-performing teams, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with Clinical services, analyze performance data, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear while upholding brand standards.

Your background includes associates degree or store-management experience, plus leadership in fast-paced retail, with strong communication and HR process knowledge. Excellent growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.
• Multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; direct recruiting, partner with Recruiting Department, training and development plans.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses and edge stock lenses for timely delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in lab area and notify management of issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
