Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store operations and talent development, driving an exceptional customer experience within a high-growth retail optical network. You will recruit, train, and coach team members while partnering with Clinical services to deliver quality eyewear and service.

As a Brand Manager you will manage performance metrics, ensure lab standards are met, and foster an entrepreneurial, collaborative store culture that empowers staff and supports company growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; must earn within first year.
• 3+ years leadership in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee lens assembly and repair workflow to expedite delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab; report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
