Job summary

Stanton Optical in the United States seeks a Brand Manager to lead talent acquisition and development within a retail optical setting. You will recruit, train, and guide store teams while partnering with clinical services to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years store management experience.
• Preferred ABO/NCLE certification where required by state law.
• Three+ years leading fast-paced retail teams.
• Strong communication with diverse groups and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; partner with Recruiting Department.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Oversee lab standards, equipment issues, and accurate orders delivery.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
