Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead eyewear retail operations in a fast-paced store. You will recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, ensure patient satisfaction, and partner with Clinical services for integrated care.

You will analyze performance data, maintain brand standards in the lab, and drive on-time delivery while collaborating with HR and Support Center. Equal opportunity employer and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience required.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within first year.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train staff.
• Partner with Clinical services to ensure integrated care.
• Analyze reports to monitor staff performance and goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR; coordinate actions.
• Manage eyewear repairs, frame edging, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
• Track delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
