Stanton Optical is seeking a Brand Manager to lead talent acquisition and development within a fast-paced retail setting. You will recruit, train and coach store teams while partnering with Clinical services to ensure top-tier customer care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Effective communication with diverse groups is essential.
• Experience in talent acquisition and HR processes preferred.
• Retail environment with customer service focus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit and train team members.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are met.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR to resolve issues.
• Oversee lab area brand standards and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
