Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a team, drive sales, and partner with the Brand Manager to execute sales plans. The role operates in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting store operations, recruiting, and training while maintaining strong customer service and lab processes.

You will collaborate with Clinical staff, analyze performance metrics, and help ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and communicate effectively.
• MS Word or Google Docs proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Lead talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals; collaborate with HR and Clinical teams.
• Ensure lab production supports service metrics and on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in labs and manage equipment issues.
