Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team, drive sales performance, and empower staff. You will coordinate with Brand Management, support clinical teams, and ensure operations align with service promises.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, a track record in sales planning, and strong communication across diverse teams. A high school diploma is required and MS Word/Google Docs skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty.
• Support store talent acquisition and development; train and develop associates.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service promises.
• Perform simple repairs and edge lenses to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
