Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a busy on-site store. You will coach associates, support the Brand Manager, and drive sales performance while ensuring top-tier customer service and experience for patients.

You will partner with Clinical services and Lab Staff to maintain high service levels, while focusing on development and accountability across the team. A strong candidate thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Partner with Clinical services and Lab Staff to maintain service levels and production standards.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and communicate with HR and Support Center.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development plans for store associates.
