Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store performance under the Brand (Store) Manager. You will coach associates, assist with recruiting, train staff, and partner with Clinical services and Lab staff to deliver excellent patient experiences.

This on-site role offers exposure to senior leadership, a dynamic retail environment, and opportunities for professional growth as you help drive sales and improve operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
Experience planning sales strategies and directing a sales team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty when needed.
Assist with talent acquisition, development and onboarding of store associates.
Collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff to ensure service standards.
Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve targets and maintain 100% on-time delivery.
