Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-energy store team, collaborating with the Brand Manager to drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service. This on-site position offers exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to advance your career.

You will train and coach associates, partner with Clinical services and Lab Staff, and oversee daily operations to meet brand standards.

• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and development; including direct recruiting, partnership with Recruiting Department, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure proper lab production to achieve Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Ensure lab standards are met and report equipment issues.
• Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
