Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the store team, support the Brand Manager, and drive sales performance while maintaining a positive, goals-oriented atmosphere. This on-site role offers opportunities to train associates and collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff.

You will supervise operations, coach a growing team, analyze performance data, and ensure customer service excellence across daily tasks. A high school diploma and leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and ensure timely delivery of orders.
