Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales team, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to drive growth. You will oversee store operations, training, and collaboration with clinical and lab teams to improve performance and customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on management, and the ability to motivate a dynamic retail team while delivering exceptional eyewear service and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment (1+ year).
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Support talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and coaching.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Maintain alignment with Support Center and store policies.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Edge stock lenses and complete repairs to expedite delivery.
