Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach a dynamic team, and partner with Brand and Clinical teams to drive results. This role focuses on coaching, recruiting, and developing sales professionals while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will report to the Brand Manager and work closely with leadership to implement action plans that boost performance and store profitability, with opportunities for growth within Now Optics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and coach a team to achieve goals.
• Strong communication skills and capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store and personal goals while delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist Brand Manager and act as Manager on Duty when needed to meet objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and development, including direct recruiting and staff training.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and the Support Center HR teams.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to ensure targets are met and identify improvements.
• Ensure lab production supports service promises and timely delivery of eyewear.
• Oversee customer repairs and lens edging to expedite orders and maintain brand standards.
