• One year of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals with outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Recruitment support and development plans for store staff.
• Coordinate with Clinical services and ensure timely lab production to meet service promises.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve targets and maintain brand standards.
• Maintain 100% on-time delivery commitments to patients and expedite orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
