Job summary

Now Optics, Stanton Optical Brand, seeks a Sales Manager in California to lead a dynamic retail team and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will train associates, partner with clinical services, and align with brand standards to ensure timely delivery of eyewear.

You will coach staff, manage performance, and work with senior leadership to implement action plans and achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Recruitment, training, and development of store associates; partner with Recruiting Dept.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services and ensure proper lab production.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to monitor goals and performance.
• Ensure brand standards in lab area and timely, accurate customer orders.
