Job summary

Now Optics (Stanton Optical) is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts and coach the team towards achieving ambitious targets. You will collaborate with the Brand Manager to implement action plans, train staff, and foster a high-performance environment across store operations.

The role involves supervising hiring, coordinating with clinical staff, and driving customer-focused service while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting and training plans for associates.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet Ready When Promised targets.
• Execute simple customer repairs and lens edging to expedite delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in lab area and report malfunctions.
• Track delivery time commitments to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
