Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing retail team at our Visalia, CA store. You will assist the Brand Manager in supervising daily operations, training associates, and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with Clinical services and Lab staff to ensure timely production and quality eyewear, maintain brand standards, and promote a positive, growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team.
• Ability to recruit and train staff.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties as Manager on duty.
