Job summary

Stanton Optical, a Now Optics brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team at an on-site store location. You will drive sales, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to execute efficient action plans while upholding customer service excellence.

You will train staff, coordinate with Clinical and Lab teams, and report on performance, turning daily operations into sustained sales success and a positive, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with at least 1 year in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Lead store talent acquisition and development, train and coach associates.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and HR to ensure smooth operations and reporting.
• Oversee lab production to meet service standards and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
