Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Sales Manager for our on-site Stanton Optical store. You will lead the sales team, train associates, and collaborate with the Clinical team to ensure smooth operations and measurable results.

You will report to the Brand Manager and drive initiatives to meet store goals while maintaining top-tier customer service and brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to accomplish objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and training in partnership with HR.
• Build strong collaboration with Clinical services and ensure lab production targets are met.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain brand standards.
• Oversee repairs, frame assembly, and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
