Luxottica's LensCrafters team in Gainesville seeks a Team Lead to deliver exceptional service and drive store success. You will manage in-store operations, assist customers with selections, and support sales colleagues to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; strong optical and retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Leadership and training experience are essential.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills; basic math capability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations and support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab, customize fittings, place prescriptions in lenses, and maintain lab tools and safety.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
