LensCrafters in Florida seeks a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success. You will manage optical and lab processes, mentor staff, and act as a key holder when needed.

Required are a HS diploma, strong optical/retail experience, and solid communication. You will guide customers through selections, ensure accurate lens fitting, and maintain high quality standards for eyewear and service.

• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Knowledge of current optical theory & merchandise.
• Strong communicator & listener.

• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators.

• Edging & mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge & optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive & solution driven, accurate execution & product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Custom fits glasses & precisely place prescription in lenses (lab where applicable).
• Strengthen knowledge and skills of staff on lens and lab processes.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Create a safe working environment and maintain lab tools & systems.
