Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required with strong optical and retail experience.
• Leadership and training experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales skills with ability to guide customers.
• Familiarity with optical measurement and lab processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team delivers unsurpassed customer service.
• Lead and train team; assist customers with selections and recommendations.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder and manage basic lab responsibilities.
• Oversee lab processes to ensure eyewear meets optical standards.
