Job summary

LensCrafters in Fort Worth is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes. You will support the sales team, assist customers with selections, and act as a responsible alternate store key holder.

The role requires strong optical knowledge, retail experience, and leadership abilities to guide teammates and maintain high standards in both store and lab operations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; strong optical knowledge and retail experience preferred.
• Leadership and training experience demanded; ability to supervise store activities.
• Edging, mounting and optical measurement experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and assist in sales activities.
• Assist customers with selections, give recommendations, support sales team.
• Serve as a store key holder and oversee lab/store processes when needed.
• In lab, perform custom fits and ensure eyewear meets optical standards.
