Job summary

Stanton Optical in the United States seeks a Sales Manager to lead a store team, drive sales performance, and partner with the Brand Manager to execute action plans while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will train and coach associates, support recruitment and development, collaborate with Clinical services and Lab Staff, and analyze reports to ensure goals are met; a high school diploma is required and leadership experience in retail preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies and lead a sales team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales to exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty as needed.
• Recruitment and training of store associates; develop ongoing staff plans.
