Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales and coach a results-driven team in the United States. The role supports brand initiatives, drives performance, and fosters collaboration with clinical and lab staff to deliver quality eyewear.

You will mentor associates, oversee recruitment and training, and help implement sales strategies while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achievement of store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced retail team.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies and direct a sales team.
• Proven multitasking ability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Assist in talent acquisition, training, and development of store associates.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff reach goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service promises.
• Perform repairs, assemble lenses, and edge stock lenses for timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure 100% patient satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
