Stanton Optical, a Now Optics brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead retail sales, train staff, and partner with clinical teams to drive performance. You will own recruiting and development, oversee store operations, and ensure timely eyeglass fulfillment while upholding brand standards.

This role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, customer-first service, and collaboration with senior leadership to improve store results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies and direct a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Lead talent acquisition, training, and development of store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and HR to optimize operations.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised delivery.
