Stanton Optical is hiring a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of care and support sales initiatives in our Florida stores. You will bridge the retail and clinical teams, schedule and perform pre-tests, and help ensure accurate lens processing and timely delivery.

The role requires an associate degree or higher certification, 2+ years of customer service experience, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering quality care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, empathy and rapport-building are essential.
• Collaborative, proactive and responsive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store to create a memorable visit.
• Foster strong retail and clinical services collaboration.
• Schedule appointments, collect patient history and perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and status updates.
• Ensure brand standards and housekeeping; handle basic repairs and lens edging.
• Track delivery times and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Notify management of equipment issues and order discrepancies.
