Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician/Customer Service Associate to enhance the patient experience at our on-site store location. You will guide patients through the clinical-to-retail workflow, perform basic tests, and support sales while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle potential concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers upon entry, identify needs and drive sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, enter patient history, and perform basic tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and lab area upkeep.
• Assist with lens edging, assembly, and ensuring timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Notify management of equipment issues and order accuracy.
