Stanton Optical is seeking a patient-focused Doctor’s Technician to serve as the first touchpoint in-store, guiding patients from clinical services to retail. You will provide outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, and support smooth handoffs between teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify their needs to facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and ensure timely status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure accurate delivery timelines.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and order accuracy.
• Track delivery times to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
