Stanton Optical in Texas is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale and support clinical-to-retail transitions. You will engage patients, facilitate fittings, and help drive sales while preserving patient trust and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with retail and clinical teams, perform basic pre-tests, and assist with eyewear edging and delivery. This role emphasizes empathy, multitasking, and a proactive service mindset.

Formación

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma (or currently enrolled in a comparable program).
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups; active listening and empathy.
• Proactive problem solving, able to build rapport and handle objections.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work with team members and patients to achieve goals.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing business needs in a fast-paced store environment.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and providing a positive patient experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, enter new patient history, and complete basic clinical checks in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of all jobs.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping and keep work areas organized.
• Assist with simple customer repairs, edge lenses, and ensure on-time delivery of eyewear.
• Monitor lab area quality, report equipment issues, and ensure accurate orders.
• Track delivery times to meet promises and adjust as needed.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
