Now Optics is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to serve as the pivotal first touchpoint in-store, delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating a seamless flow between clinical and retail teams. You will support sales while ensuring high-quality patient interactions and brand integrity.

Aufgaben

• Greet patients/customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a smooth, memorable experience while promoting products/services.
• Foster strong collaboration between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and enter patient history and information in the system; perform a basic pre-test suite.
• Assist management with patient complaints and ensure timely status updates and brand standards.
• Assist in lab activities: lens edging, repairs, and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries.
• Maintain brand standards and alert management to equipment issues or order problems.
