You will greet customers, explain pricing transparently, check-in and pretest patients, verify insurance, answer phones, and assist with dispensing eyewear.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in a related field
• MS Office package proficiency
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong written communication and documentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills
• Ability to ask relevant questions and identify patient needs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Assist patients and support the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure smooth patient flow
