Shopko Optical in Sioux City, IA is seeking a Front Desk/HR Generalist to greet patients, answer phones, book appointments and manage patient files. You will support all non-clinical tasks to keep our optical center running smoothly.

You will also handle billing and records, work across teams, and contribute to a high-contact, detail-oriented environment with a focus on patient service and timely, accurate processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an office is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to handle multiple customer interactions/phone calls at a time.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work cross-functionally with excellent attention to detail and follow through.
• Solid interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers.
