Nationwide Vision in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Office Manager to lead store operations, maximize revenue, and support patients' medical needs. The role oversees personnel, merchandising, inventory, training, safety and adherence to policies while driving the Total Patient Experience (TPE) to boost profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of optical management experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualificações

• Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of optical management or industry-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and execute planning and delegation to maximize sales and profitability of the store.
• Serve as liaison between doctors and store personnel.
• Recruitment, training, and development of associates; coach KPI scorecards.
• Manage adherence to HIPAA/OSHA, safety policies and quality standards.
• Ensure Total Patient Experience (TPE) drives revenue and EBITDA growth.
