Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks an Office Manager to lead a busy ophthalmic/optometry office, maximizing patient experience and retail revenue while supporting medical needs. The role manages daily operations, staff, inventory, and safety compliance in a standard clinical setting.

Responsibilities include KPI coaching, performance reviews, doctor liaison, and ensuring HIPAA/OSHA standards. Proficiency in MS Office and strong leadership are required, with ABO/NCLE/LDO preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Industry related experience will be beneficial.
• Management experience required
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct and drive overall sales and profitability of an office through Total Patient Experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors and staff at the office location.
• Human Resource management: recruitment, training, coaching, and KPI scorecard performance.
• Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations for the office team.
• Use tools to achieve revenue and EBITDA growth.
• Motivate team and communicate changes in a supportive way.
• Maintain facility to corporate standards including safety and HIPAA/OSHA requirements.
• Monitor cash handling policies and submit required financial documents on schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: scheduling, meetings, reporting, inventory, orders, training.
