Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach Opticians, consult with customers, and ensure high standards of service and accuracy for eyewear.

The ideal candidate is an experienced dispensing optician with leadership skills, a passion for eyewear, and a drive to foster a positive store culture. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Licensed dispensing optician required (ABO-certified acceptable where licensing is not required).
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role leading optical teams.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the shop floor.
• Assist customers with eyewear measurements, fittings, and prescriptions.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Communicate prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
