Warby Parker seeks an Optical Manager to lead the in-house Optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the Opticians, consult with customers on eyewear needs, and ensure high-quality fittings and prescriptions.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician with leadership experience and a passion for eyewear, ready to foster an engaging, high-performance store culture.

Competenze

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified for non-licensing states.
• 2+ years in a management role leading Opticians.
• Strong customer service and eyewear knowledge.
• Ability to coach and develop staff on floor behaviors.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach the Optician team on the sales floor.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and HR-related processes.
• Partner with Store Leader to manage staffing and programs.
