Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and coach the store’s Opticians. You will consult customers, ensure optical quality, and drive exceptional experiences for both long-time fans and first-time wearers.

The role emphasizes leadership, product expertise, and a passion for eyewear, with responsibility for fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment and meeting optical standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician where required by state law.
• ABO certification where applicable.
• 2+ years in a management/leadership role in optical retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the floor.
• Maintain high service standards and promote loyalty programs.
• Coordinate staffing and participate in Apprentice Program oversight.
