Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Opticians, consult customers, and ensure precise measurements and fittings while promoting our optical standards.

As a strong leader, you will drive development conversations, participate in staffing decisions, and support store operations. A licensing/ABO credential and 2+ years in management are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years in a management position leading Opticians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Consult customers and explain eyewear options and prescription terminology.
• Maintain optical standards and ensure accuracy in measurements and fittings.
• Partner with Store Leader to staff and develop the Optician Apprentice Program.
