Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in required states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years in a management role leading Opticians.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology and product options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Opticians on the sales floor and provide feedback.
• Consult customers, take measurements, fit eyewear, and verify accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and daily operations.
