Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager in Prairie Village, KS to lead and mentor our in-house Optical team. You will coach Opticians, consult customers on eyewear, take measurements, and ensure fittings meet strict standards.

The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states) with 2+ years in management, capable of driving service and optical metrics in a fast-paced retail setting. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring a license (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• 2+ years in a management position leading a team of Opticians.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Maintain optical standards and accuracy in measurements and fittings.
• Oversee store operations and HR-related processes in collaboration with the Store Leader.
