Job summary

Warby Parker in Prairie Village, KS is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team and open/close the store as a keyholder. You will guide service excellence, mentor staff, and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.

The role requires a licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified optician with at least 2 years of supervisory experience, plus a passion for eyewear and customer care.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with customers to meet eyewear needs with accuracy.
• Take, record, and verify measurements; fit eyewear to spec.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly to customers.
• Lead and mentor Optical team; manage store operations and inventory.
• Uphold Warby Parker standards for service and store procedures.
