The ideal candidate is a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years in a management role, a strong communicator, and a passion for eyewear and retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states) with 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and service excellence to drive optical metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Opticians on the sales floor and in fittings.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure optical quality and customer satisfaction.
