Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our growing team of in-house optical professionals. You’ll rely on your optical prowess, friendly demeanor, and product expertise to create exceptional customer experiences.

As a leader and keyholder, you’ll help open/close the store, mentor the Optical team, and uphold Warby Parker standards while fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician license required.
• ABO certification preferred for non-licensing states.
• 2+ years experience including supervisor responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs, take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy, ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, manage store operations, and support technician/apprentice program.
• Maintain store systems, inventory, and positive work environment.
