Responsibilities

• Attract and retain customers by providing unsurpassed customer service.

• Check-in and pretest patients efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure insurance is properly verified prior to Doctor encounter.
• Answer phones properly and in a timely manner.
• Assist in dispensing eyewear as needed.
• Serve as a center of excellence for others with focus on Right the First Time patient satisfaction.
• Handle tasks such as adjusting or fitting eyewear carefully and correctly.
• Inform Office Manager of any office problems noted by staff, doctors, or patients.
• Perform all tasks assigned by Office Manager.
