Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attract and retain customers by providing unsurpassed customer service.
• Greet customers and explain process and exam pricing clearly.
• Check-in and pretest patients efficiently and accurately.
• Verify insurance prior to Doctor encounter.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Assist with dispensing eyewear as needed.
• Maintain outstanding patient satisfaction from first interaction.
• Handle adjustments or fittings with attention to detail.
• Inform Office Manager of office issues observed by staff, doctors, or patients.
• Perform all tasks assigned by Office Manager.
