Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office package.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to prioritize multiple tasks and inquiries.
• Excellent written communication skills to document patient visits.
• Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to ask appropriate and relevant questions to identify patient needs.
• Ability to listen, process transactions and interact with patients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• For remote or hybrid roles, must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients and support the Doctor and Office Manager to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Greet customers and explain exam pricing transparently.
• Check-in and pretest patients efficiently and accurately.
