Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Collaborative spirit with respectful and cordial relationships.
• Driven by results with ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, promote products and services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and record patient history in the system.
• Complete pre-tests and basic eye tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and update status.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping.
• Prepare lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and report problems.
• Track delivery times to meet promises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
