Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead store operations and clinical activities in our on-site location. You will supervise doctors and technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive patient experience and sales performance.

You will mentor staff, coordinate diagnostic testing, lens fittings, and contact lens care while maintaining detailed patient records, brand standards, and high-quality service aligned with Now Optics values.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associates degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet our patients as they enter the store, identify patient needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience, and provide information on products and services available.
• Drive sales to exceed personal and store revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and increase satisfaction through proper troubleshooting and training of the team.
• Provide supervision, direction, and guidance to the Doctors and Technicians regarding diagnostic testing and digital refraction.
• Ensure training guidelines, procedures, protocols, and certification requirements are followed at the highest level.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure store brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
